AFT Calculator Questions
What are the five Army Fitness Test events?
The AFT includes the three-repetition maximum deadlift, hand-release push-up, sprint-drag-carry, plank, and two-mile run. See the Army’s official AFT guidance for current event instructions and standards.
Does the AFT calculator work without internet?
